Archer Wren Return Policy

We hope you’re thrilled with your Archer Wren pieces, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

Bras can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, with tags attached. Please note that:

  • All underwear and sale items are final sale due to hygiene and discount reasons.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable, and a $5 flat fee applies for return shipping.

To start a return:

  1. Log into your Archer Wren account.
  2. Enter your email, check for a six-digit code, and enter it on the return page.
  3. Select the items, reason, and submit the request.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Please ship within 7 days of approval to complete your return.

We can’t accept items that are used or show signs of wear, including perfume or pet hair. If a return is rejected, we’ll notify you with details.

International Orders: All international and Canadian orders are final sale.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@archerwren.com right away, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection in the return portal. Please allow 10 business days for processing. Note that refunds for gift items will be issued as store credit only.

Order Cancellations or Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at hello@archerwren.com within 1 hour of purchase. We’ll do our best to help, but after this window, we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations.
